"A Special Place for Special Children"
For over 60 years, St. Mary’s Home for Disabled Children has provided a safe and loving environment for children from the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a non-profit, nonsectarian, 88-bed residential health care facility—the only one of its kind in Virginia—support from individuals, corporations and foundations plays an important role in the Home’s continued expansion of programming and care required for each child. This support has allowed us to build a new state-of-the-art facility, with technology that allows for efficient and specialized care. It also allows us to advance our status as one of the leading pediatric health care providers in the nation for children with disabilities, thus attracting and retaining some of the finest nurses, therapists and educators in the field of care for children with disabilities.
Your help is crucial to our ability to providing outstanding care for medically fragile children with special needs.
